Deliver virtual or telephonic educational support to Immunology patients, caregivers, Healthcare Professionals and their staff within primary care or specialist facilities in the field of a designated disease statein order tomeet all relevant standards as set by the company and Clinical Manager.

What will you be doing?

• Provide telephonic and/or in bound or outbound non-promotional disease state educational support fordesignated onlabel treatment indications of products to patients and caregivers.  
• Provide treatment and medical device product education including but not limited to supplemental injection training support via live, telephonic or vide engagement   
• Provide education to patients related to available support programs, product fulfillment processes, and insurance coverage 
• Address patient questions related to their insurance coverage, the product fulfillment process, and/or their eligibility for support programs provided by the client 
• Present virtual educational programs to Healthcare Professionals/Patients/Caregivers or other identified customersin accordance withclient procedures 
• Conducting outbound medication adherence support to patients and/or caregivers 
• Enrolling patients/caregiver into educational seminars or providing resources toassistthem with finding local community resources or centers of care for their disease 
• Collecting demographic data and disposition for product, sample, reimbursementservicesand literature fulfillment 
• Maintain excellent quality and superior customer service while adhering to program talking points or scripts andleveragelive video conferencing software on the web/client specific websites as applicable 
• Utilize approved materials provided byInizioEngageor by the client, without changing,copyingor distributing the materials 
• To attend and complete all training courses and related competency assessments thatInizioEngage requires, toan appropriate standardand within a specifiedtimeframe
• Develop and strengthen relationships with key customers 
• To constantly consider new and innovative approaches that potentially develop new partnership opportunities 
• Complete all required administrative responsibilitiesin a timely manner. Some of these could include but are not limited to; daily computer updates, weekly summary of activity reports,emailsand time reporting 
• Attend local and national meetings and/or conferences, as required, to keep abreast of plans,activitiesand developments and to exchange knowledge and experience within the Patient Solutions team 
• Maintain all company equipment and materialsin accordance withcompany instructions 
• Comply withallInizioEngagePolicies and Procedures, along with all Client Policies and Procedures asrequired. 
• Perform other duties asrequested. 

What do you need for this position?

• US RN License Required 
• Direct experience with injectable immunologic treatment, immunology, gastroenterology, infusion centers or Crohn’s disease and Ulcerative Colitis preferred  
• Associatesdegree/bachelor’s degree or equivalentwork relatedexperience  
• Ability to join frequent meetings and calls without disruption or disconnecting
• Preferred minimum of 3 years’ experience working in the healthcare field 
• Demonstrate effective and professional communication and ability to explain complex healthcare topics inlayman’s terms
• Technical knowledge of health care reimbursement from a patient and provider perspective (e.g., authorizations, appeals process) 
• Excellent interpersonal skills with pleasant telephone manner and articulate phone voice 
• Competency with Call Center Telephone Technology - minimum 1-year call center or virtual/tele-health high-touch,high qualitycustomer service experience is preferred. 
• Demonstrable organizational skills 
• A self-starter with high personal motivation 
• Ability to manage multiple tasks 
• Evidence of continual professional development and a desire to update professional knowledge base regularly
