We are seeking a Commercial Excellence Manager to lead commercial projects across the Swiss Organization, enhancing effectiveness to deliver sustainable growth. The position provides business analyses, processes, tools, and market insights to Business Units and senior management, enabling robust performance monitoring, identification of growth opportunities, and informed decisions. By streamlining commercial processes and enhancing the skills and performance of the local sales team, the role delivers meaningful efficiency gains and improved business results, while working in close collaboration with the DACH I&A team. In this position you will be directly reporting to the Business Operations Lead CSL CH. Key Responsibilities Support the implementation of commercial strategies at affiliate level. Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities. Partner with the Global Commercial Excellence team to localize global or regional initiatives. Lead Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) processes, including customer alignment, segmentation, targeting, and incentives to support the sales organization in setting and attaining their objectives. Adapt and enhance the CRM system to meet local needs and improve commercial effectiveness. Drive the development of business intelligence infrastructure, including data models and data warehouse. Act as liaison with data and solution providers. Develop dashboards and reports, conduct ad hoc and advanced analyses, and support forecasting activities. Collaborate with launch readiness and product managers to support the teams in the elaboration of their strategic and marketing plans with enhanced planning tools and templates Support market research process Main Tasks Sales Force Effectiveness Adapt & maintain CRM system to respond to local requirements Segmentation & Targeting adaptation by sales line according to guidance within DACH Goal setting & Incentive calculation by sales line in alignment with global and regional guidance Performance review with regional teams / BU Leads SFE monthly local report & preparation for leadership team review in coordination with DACH I&A team Roll out & training of global project & reports (Smart 2.0, segmentation etc.) Localize an Integrated Account Management approach Liaise & collaborate with global comm. ex teams, in particular DACH team Analytics Drive continuous development of business intelligence solution, including data warehouse, data model & power BI reports Update & maintenance of reports Publication of monthly standard reports to local management Manage external vendors Liaise with IQVIA & other local data providers Control budget & expenses regarding SFE & BI projects Strategic Insights Support strategic orientation for CSL Vifor products for leadership & customer / brand teams Support with advanced analyses such as patient flows & forecasts based on globally and DACH provided tools Ad hoc analyses & Market research for local specific data gaps FC Tool management with BU and CT Your Profile Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business or Sciences is required 3 years plus experience in the area of SFE, marketing, sales, project management in the pharma business Professional level in English, German and French Computer skills, Microsoft Office tools, fundamentals of Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence technologies Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and highly committed to meet customer’s needs Organizational skills Understanding of the pharmaceutical market, IQVIA data, CRM, performance measurements and forecasting tools Experience in project management Extensive experience in business and financial analysis Experience in working in CRM systems Able to deliver results through collaboration and influencing Self-motivated and resourceful, with proven ability to multi-task and operate successfully under tight deadlines and time pressure Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in managing cross-functional teams If you are interested in this exciting opportunity and would like to contribute to the continued success of CSL Switzerland, we look forward to receiving your application via our online application platform About CSL Vifor CSL Vifor is a global partner of choice for pharmaceuticals and innovative, leading therapies in iron deficiency and nephrology.
