Data Product Owner (m/f/d) – Remote
YOUR TASKS
Manage and mentor a team of 2–3 data scientists, fostering growth and collaboration
Contribute to and help shape the long-term data product strategy and roadmap
Oversee the development and operation of AI models, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Assess the feasibility of new ideas and contribute to strategic decision-making with cross-functional teams
Manage project timelines, develop an AI and data roadmap, and maintain efficient workflow processes
Drive collaboration with other departments to ensure seamless integration and innovation
YOUR SKILLS
Multiple years of proven experience in building AI-based products as a data scientist, ML engineer, or data analyst
Previous involvement in product or team management
Hands-on expertise in Python and familiarity with ML frameworks
Know-how in computer vision models is a plus
Familiarity with cloud platforms, especially Azure, is advantageous
Background in MedTech or the healthcare industry is favourable but not required
Strong leadership, communication and presentation abilities
German language skills (minimum B1)
