Job Description

Contact clients to keep them informed about the progress of their appointments

Follow up on the progress of ongoing work with field teams
-
Ensure workers clearly understand the tasks to be completed
-
Communicate work schedules to employees
-
Oversee the smooth execution of job sites
-
Import and update data required for job execution through our internal computer systems and processes
-
Prepare parts from the warehouse/store when needed
-
Verify that pump schedules are confirmed and that required parts have been picked
-
Book hotels and inform employees of the reservations
-
Responsible for scheduling mechanical inspections at the heavy-vehicle inspection center, following documents received from the SAAQ
-
Perform any other tasks requested by the employer
COMPETENCY PROFILE
Education
-
High school diploma completed (DES)
-
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience related to the position (mandatory)
-
Knowledge of the drilling and geothermal industry (strong asset)
Specific Knowledge
-
Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel) and strong ability to learn new software
-
Excellent French, both spoken and written, and intermediate English
Key Skills
-
Customer-service oriented with strong teamwork abilities
-
Ability to work under pressure, meet frequently changing deadlines, and manage multiple files simultaneously
-
Strong prioritization and organizational skills
