We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Program Manager to lead the coordinated hiring and onboarding strategy for our next-generation of compute data center initiatives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive large-scale projects that enhance our IT infrastructure and high performance computing capabilities. As a Program Manager, you will serve as the strategic bridge between executive leadership, engineering divisions, construction and commissioning teams, and external recruiting partners. This individual will ensure that talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce scaling are executed with hyper-scale discipline and institutional-grade governance.
_*Strategic Responsibilities:*_
*1. Workforce Architecture & Phased Ramp Strategy*
- Design a multi-phase hiring roadmap aligned to supercluster deployment timelines.
- Develop detailed project plans utilizing tools such as Microsoft Project, Visio, and SharePoint to track progress, milestones, and deliverables.
- Sequence leadership hires (Fabric Lead, GPU Infrastructure Lead, Chief Engineer) prior to downstream teams.
- Align workforce scaling to megawatt energization schedules and operational readiness gates.
- Maintain executive-level workforce dashboards and reporting.
*2. Executive Recruiting Oversight*
- Lead strategic partnerships with specialized recruiting firms.
- Calibrate technical role definitions with engineering leadership.
- Establish hiring performance metrics such as time-to-fill, acceptance rate, retention benchmarks.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resources using methodologies like Agile, SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), Waterfall, Kanban, and Scrum.
- Oversee executive-level and critical infrastructure hiring.
*3. Organizational Design & Governance*
- Ensure alignment between GPU Platform, Fabric Engineering, Critical Infrastructure, Security, and Client Operations.
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions to define user needs and translate them into actionable project tasks; prepare comprehensive test cases for user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Define role leveling and compensation frameworks aligned to hyper-scale standards.
- Implement succession planning and retention strategies for key technical roles.
*4. SLA & Operational Readiness Alignment*
- Identify staffing risks that could impact uptime or service level compliance.
- Coordinate staffing to support 24/7 NOC and engineering coverage.
- Support executive business reviews and investor reporting on workforce readiness.
*5. Cross-Functional Leadership & Culture*
- Partner with the Chief Operations and Chief Engineer to align talent with infrastructure scaling.
- Establish onboarding frameworks tailored to supercluster compute deployments.
- Conduct regular status meetings; prepare detailed reports on project progress for executive leadership; negotiate scope changes when necessary to meet deadlines.
- Build a culture of reliability, accountability, and performance excellence.
_*Required Qualifications:*_
- 8+ years of executive-level program or workforce management experience.
- Experience building technical teams in data centers, HPC, AI infrastructure, or advanced manufacturing.
- Demonstrated ability to scale engineering teams in high-growth environments.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), Scrum Master certification preferred but not required.
- Strong executive communication and governance capabilities.
_*Preferred Qualifications:*_
- Familiarity with OEM providers of DGX/HGX or hyper-scale AI infrastructure.
- Experience in liquid-cooled data center environments.
- Experience supporting Tier III / Tier IV uptime standards.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $71,294.50 - $89,860.04 per year
