*Essential Functions and Responsibilities:*
* Ensures accurate data management by maintaining accurate records for company equipment.
* Processes warranty filing for both outside and inside shop repairs.
* Enters local terminal work orders and closes repair orders upon completion.
* Ensures accurate setup of equipment in the maintenance management system.
* Manages reporting and compliance of equipment-related data to government agencies as required.
* Assists other team members from the maintenance group with invoice processing, parts ordering, and overall departmental efficiency.
* Other duties as assigned.
*Experience:*
Clerical data management experience preferred. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required. Experience with Trimble and McLeod preferred but not required.
*Skills*
* Strong problem-solving, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong attention to detail.
* Valid driver’s license.
* High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree welcome but not required. 1 – 3 years of related experience in administrative, clerical, or customer service required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.20 - $29.14 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
