We are seeking a highly skilled Loan Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in empowering customers by providing access to affordable financing for life's expenses.

• Effectively multitask and adapt to the dynamic demands of the role, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.

This requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure. You must be able to develop new connections with customers throughout their loan journey while maintaining existing relationships through tailored solutions based on customer needs.

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; however, relevant sales experience can substitute for formal education.

In addition, it would be beneficial if you have prior sales or collections experience. Proficiency in Spanish is also considered an asset as we cater to diverse customer demographics across various locations within standard business hours (Monday-Friday).
