We are seeking a diligent professional to assist residents with work orders, turnover of apartments and lawn care.

1. Residential support staff will provide assistance with maintenance tasks in apartment units.

   • Weigh the urgency of each issue based on resident input, reporting back promptly once completed or deferred.
