Join our team in Colorado Springs, Colorado, as a Warehouse Supervisor. We are seeking a proven leader to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and a safe working environment. Your responsibilities will include managing and motivating a team of warehouse associates, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing training and guidance. You will be responsible for ensuring that all logistics operations, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping, are carried out effectively. Key duties involve implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures, maintaining inventory accuracy, optimizing workflow, and managing operational costs. A strong focus on safety is paramount; you will ensure compliance with all safety regulations and promote the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) among your team. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to make sound decisions under pressure. The ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally may be required. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced supervisor to lead a dedicated team and make a significant impact on our logistics operations.
