My Client is looking for an organised and enthusiastic individual to join an international sales team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop a career in sales with potential for progression and expanded responsibilities over time.
Role Overview
You will start in a sales administration position to gain experience with products, systems, and customer service processes, before transitioning into a Sales Executive role. The position involves supporting customers and the sales team while contributing to business growth.
Initial Administration Responsibilities:
Process customer orders via phone and email, ensuring accuracy in order entry and documentation.
Provide excellent customer service on inbound and outbound communications.
Assist with resolving customer queries.
Update and track customer orders.
Coordinate with warehouse or logistics teams to prepare orders for shipment.
Send product samples to customers.
Perform general office administration tasks. Sales Executive Responsibilities:
Grow existing business and identify new sales opportunities.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Plan and organise visits to new and existing customers.
Maintain accurate sales records.
Collaborate with colleagues to identify potential product opportunities.
Attend international trade shows (expenses covered).
Resolve customer issues effectively.
Report to sales management. Requirements
Minimum of three years’ experience in customer service or sales.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload.
Experience with SAP or similar systems is desirable.
Valid passport for international travel. Terms
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: Monday–Thursday 9:00–17:00, Friday 9:00–14:30
