Position: Nursery Practitioner - Level 3

Hours: 42.5 hours per week

Salary: £30,387.50

We are excited to invite a passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our dedicated team. This full-time role involves working 42.5 hours per week, with shifts scheduled between 7:30 am and 6:30 pm. Please note that this is a year-round position, as our nursery operates throughout the year.

Your Role as a Nursery Practitioner

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:

  • Ensure each child's individual needs are met, delivering high-quality care and education in a safe and secure environment.
  • Observe, assess, and plan engaging early years activities that cater to each child's unique learning and development needs.
  • Collaborate as a professional team member, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to develop new skills.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring they are regularly reviewed and applied.
  • Follow risk assessments diligently and report any health and safety matters to management.
  • Support the holistic development of children, including their physical, intellectual, social, and emotional growth.

What You Need to Succeed

To thrive in this role, you will need:

  • Full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification - essential.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English - essential.
  • Over 1 year of experience working in Early Years - desirable.
  • Knowledge of the Statutory Framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements - desirable.
