At GXO , we’re expanding and seeking dedicated drivers to join our energetic team at Dartford, Kent , working on our IKEA contract . As a Class 2 Driver, you will be delivering furniture for IKEA alongside a Drivers Mate who will assist in the lifting and shifting of items. Customer service will be at the heart of this role, creating a better everyday experience for our customers!
What You’ll Do:- Work as part of a 2-person delivery team, bringing furniture products into a room of choice at customers' homes.
- Provide a first-class customer service experience.
- Ensure the vehicle and stock are properly secured.
- Complete tachographs in line with legislation and company policies.
- Perform vehicle checks at the beginning and end of each journey and report all defects.
- Annual Salary: £47,739.18
- Holidays: 28 days off per year

- This is a physically demanding role, including lifting and shifting furniture.
- Full UK driving licence with category C entitlement.
- No more than 6 current penalty points.
- No DR, DG, DD, BA, CD, AC, LC, or TT99 endorsements within the previous 5 years.
- Previous experience driving category C vehicles is desirable.
- A DBS security check will be completed on the successful candidate.
