Position: Nursery Practitioner
Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: £27,060.80

As we embark on an exciting expansion, we are looking for a passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our baby room team. This full-time role involves working 40 hours a week, with shifts scheduled between 7:30 am and 6:00 pm. If you hold a full and relevant Level 3 qualification, we want to hear from you! Please note, this is a year-round position, as our nursery operates continuously throughout the year.

In this rewarding position, you will:
- Ensure each child's individual needs are met, providing high-quality care and education in a safe and nurturing environment.
- Observe, assess, and plan engaging early years activities that cater to each child's unique learning and development.
- Collaborate as a professional team member, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring they are regularly reviewed and applied.
- Follow risk assessments diligently and report any health and safety concerns to management.
- Support the holistic development of children, focusing on their physical, intellectual, social, and emotional growth.

What You Need to SucceedTo thrive in this role, you will need:
- Full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification: Essential
- Fluency in written and spoken English: Essential
- Over 1 year’s experience in Early Years: Desirable
- Knowledge of the Statutory Framework for the EYFS: Desirable
