Your Role

We are looking for a passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team! This full-time role requires working 42.5 hours per week, with shifts between 7:30 am and 6:30 pm. Please note, this is a year-round position, as our nursery operates throughout the year.

Your Responsibilities

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:

  • Ensure each child’s individual needs are met, delivering high-quality care and education in a safe environment.
  • Observe, assess, and plan engaging early years activities that support each child’s learning and development.
  • Collaborate with the team, demonstrating a flexible attitude and a willingness to develop new skills.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring they are regularly reviewed and applied.
  • Follow risk assessments diligently and report health and safety matters to management.
  • Support the holistic development of children, including their physical, intellectual, social, and emotional growth.
What You Need

To thrive in this role, you will need:

  • Full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification - essential
  • Fluency in written and spoken English - essential
  • Over 1 year’s experience in Early Years - desirable
  • Knowledge of the Statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements - desirable
