Über
We are looking for a highly creative Graphic Designer / Visual Editor with exceptional design instincts and attention to detail.
This is not a template-based social media role. We need someone who understands brand, composition, hierarchy, typography, color balance, and subtle visual refinements that elevate a brand from average to premium.
The right person must be able to:
• Design in-store visuals (menu boards, window vinyls, LTO graphics, tent signage, posters)
• Create Instagram and social assets (Reels covers, feed posts, story graphics)
• Edit and refine existing assets to improve composition and polish
• Apply brand guidelines while still bringing strong creative direction
• Identify small inconsistencies in spacing, alignment, lighting, and color grading
• Elevate concepts from "good" to "brand-worthy"
What We're Looking For
• Strong portfolio (restaurant/QSR experience preferred)
• Deep understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Experience designing for both print and digital
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong photo editing skills (lighting, color correction, retouching)
• Ability to follow brand guidelines while enhancing creative execution
• Someone who notices the smallest visual inconsistencies
• Someone who pushes back when something doesn't look right
If your portfolio primarily shows Canva templates or generic Instagram quote posts, this role is likely not a fit. Otherwise, if you think you are a great fit let us know :)
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 30 hours per week.
