I've got an idea for a mobile app that feels really timely right now. My friends and I have noticed that lots of people are overwhelmed with constant notifications and burnout and I have thought on concept that should help people manage their energy, not just their time.
So, right now, I am looking for a solid developer or team who could help me get an MVP built and also advise on the best technical approach, since I am not super technical myself. I can share my thoughts in detail, but I can't build it.
The main idea is an AI assistant that looks at how the user is actually doing during the day. Ideally the app would sync with Apple Health, Google Fit and work calendars. Based on that, the AI would suggest adjustments like when to focus, when to rest or when to take a break if stress or fatigue is high.
For the first version, I want to keep it simple:
1. Daily check-in when people (users of my app) log how they feel (tired, stressed, energized, etc.)
2. AI daily plan so that the app suggests when to focus or slow down based on their state
3. Energy score which is a simple daily score showing how balanced their day was
4. Quick tips with short exercises or suggestions based on mood/energy
I am looking to build something small and realistic to use this MVP to pitch to investors in the next couple of months.
Rock stars, please help me and share your thoughts on how you would approach something like this. I do not need any accurate estimates as I do understand the description is very high-level. Please, send me just rough timeline and what kind of budget range you think it would take.
