My background is in paid marketing, so I understand editing styles differ across paid vs organic and across platforms like Instagram Reels and TikTok — right now the main priority is strong organic content that feels native to each platform.
We create lifestyle, product, and short storytelling content, and I'm looking for someone who understands hooks, pacing, retention, captions, and platform-specific editing styles.
Ideal candidates have experience editing different types of short-form content (organic + ads is a bonus), can iterate quickly, and want to build an ongoing relationship rather than a one-off project.
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
Mandatory skills: Social Media Marketing, Video Editing, Social Media Management, Instagram, Adobe After Effects, Video Post-Editing
