Company Overview:
We are a fast-growing multi-department organization operating across Sales, Customer Service, Onboarding, Campaign Setup, IT, QA, Finance, HR, and Procurement.
Our goal is to eliminate chat-based requests and build a fully structured, automation-driven ticketing ecosystem inside — with live dashboards for leadership and full cross-department visibility.
We are looking for a high-level Automation Expert to architect, build, and optimize this system.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for designing and implementing a fully automated infrastructure that connects all departments through structured workflows, mirrored statuses, automations, dashboards, and reporting.
This is NOT basic board setup.
We need someone who understands:
Advanced automations
Cross-board logic
Mirror columns & connected boards
Formula columns
Conditional workflows
Monday dashboards (Monday Vibes)
KPI tracking systems
Process architecture
Core Responsibilities
Workflow Architecture
Build structured department boards (Sales, CS, IT, QA, Finance, etc.)
Create request intake systems between departments
Eliminate chat-based requests and replace with ticket workflows
Design approval flows with acknowledgment loops
Build SLA-based automation logic
Advanced Automations
Cross-board status syncing
Mirror column logic automation
Auto-move items between groups based on mirrored status
Trigger notifications based on conditional logic
Escalation workflows
Recurring task automation
Department performance alerts
KPI & Dashboard Development
Build executive dashboards for leadership
Department-level performance dashboards
Team Lead performance monitoring
Agent-level productivity dashboards
Revenue tracking dashboards
SLA compliance dashboards
Productivity Optimization
Identify bottlenecks in workflows
Automate repetitive admin tasks
Reduce manual updates
Ensure clean, scalable architecture
Build scalable systems for growth
Documentation & SOP Creation
Document automation logic
Create SOPs for each department workflow
Provide Loom walkthroughs for leadership
Create troubleshooting guides
Required Experience
Must Have:
3+ years hands-on experience with
Expert-level automation building
Experience with:
Connected boards
Mirror columns
Advanced formula columns
Conditional automations
Automation dependencies
Experience building KPI dashboards
Understanding of ticket-based systems
Strong logic & systems thinking
Experience designing workflows for multiple departments
Huge Plus:
Experience in call center environments
Experience building Sales + CS reporting dashboards
Experience integrating:
Zapier
Webhooks
CRM integrations
Experience with API integrations

Basic board setup
Someone who just knows status automations
Entry-level Monday users
Example Projects You'll Handle
Build a cross-department ticket system where:
Requests move automatically between departments
Status mirrors back to original requester
Completion triggers notification + archive
Build TL performance dashboards tracking:
Team output
SLA compliance
Revenue per hour
Build automation that moves mirrored "IT Status" to "Completed" and notifies requester
Create structured intake forms for all internal departments
Build executive KPI command center dashboard
Compensation
Competitive (based on experience)
Contract or Full-Time available
Performance bonuses possible based on system efficiency improvements
