We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Business Administrator / Personal Assistant to support the founder in managing multiple startup ventures.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and enjoys building structure within growing businesses.
*Key Responsibilities*
*Administrative & Operational Support*
• Manage and prioritise daily tasks across multiple business projects
• Maintain structured digital filing systems (Google Drive, documents, contracts)
• Track deadlines and follow up on outstanding actions
• Prepare reports and summaries for weekly business reviews
• Draft professional emails to suppliers, clients, and partners
• Organise travel logistics, appointments, and schedules
*Supplier & Vendor Coordination*
• Communicate with local and international manufacturers
• Request quotations and compare pricing
• Track production timelines
• Follow up on shipments and logistics
• Maintain supplier database
*Research & Business Development Support*
• Conduct market research
• Identify potential suppliers and service providers
• Assist in competitor analysis
• Support new business idea validation
*Systems & Process Development*
• Help build and improve internal systems
• Maintain task management dashboards
• Create SOPs for recurring processes
• Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements
*Required Skills & Qualities*
• Highly organised and detail-oriented
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets
• Comfortable working with numbers
• Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Discreet and professional
• Strong problem-solving skills
Preferred (But Not Mandatory)
• Experience supporting a founder or startup
• Familiarity with AI tools
• Experience with Canva or basic design tools
• Experience coordinating international suppliers
Contract duration of more than 6 months.
