We are looking to hire an experienced SEO specialist who understands LOCAL service businesses and lead generation not just traffic.
Our goal is simple:
Generate qualified homeowner leads on Oʻahu that turn into booked remodeling jobs.
**IMPORTANT — Our Niche (Please Read Carefully):**
We are NOT a handyman company and we do NOT want traffic for small repair services.
We ONLY want to rank for:
* Full kitchen remodels
* Full bathroom remodels
* Complete renovations / gut remodels
We do **NOT** want keywords or traffic for:
* cabinet painting / refinishing
* small repairs
* maintenance
* drywall patching
* installing a faucet
* tiling one wall
* handyman services
* "cheap" or DIY searches
We are targeting homeowners ready to hire a contractor, not people looking for tutorials or small fixes.
**Scope of Work:**
* Local SEO strategy for Oʻahu (Google-focused)
* Keyword research focused ONLY on high-intent remodeling searches
* On-page SEO optimization (pages, titles, internal linking)
* Service page structure (kitchen remodel page, bathroom remodel page, etc.)
* Google Business Profile optimization
* Local ranking improvement (map pack)
* Lead tracking recommendations (calls + form submissions)
**What We Care About:**
We do NOT care about vanity metrics like impressions or blog traffic.
We care about:
• phone calls
• estimate requests
• booked consultations
• real projects
