About Us
We're a growing social media marketing agency working with local service-based businesses. We handle strategy, ads, and content direction for our clients — and we're looking for a skilled content creator who can execute both video editing and graphic design at a high level.

Trial Period
We will begin with a paid 30-day trial period to evaluate:
Quality of creative work
Communication & responsiveness
Ability to follow brand direction
Turnaround time & reliability
If it's a strong fit on both sides, this will transition into an ongoing part-time position with consistent monthly work.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll be creating content for multiple client accounts, including:
Video Editing (Short-Form)
Editing Reels / TikToks / Shorts
Adding captions, hooks, and clean transitions
Improving pacing and retention
Basic color correction and audio cleanup
Repurposing long-form content into short clips
Graphic Design
Designing social media graphics (Canva or Adobe is fine)
Creating carousel posts
Promotional graphics
Branded quote posts
Maintaining brand consistency across accounts
Light Caption Writing
Writing engaging, on-brand captions
Structuring posts for engagement and clarity
We provide strategy and direction — you help bring the vision to life creatively.
Ideal Candidate
You're a great fit if you:
Have real experience editing short-form content
Understand modern social design trends (clean, bold, simple)
Know how to create content that keeps attention
Can follow brand guidelines across multiple clients
Work efficiently and hit deadlines
Communicate clearly and professionally
Bonus if you:
Have worked inside a marketing agency
Understand ad creative performance
Think strategically, not just execute

Template-only Canva designers
Overly flashy edits with no strategy
Generic caption writers
Someone who needs constant direction
We value creativity, ownership, and attention to detail.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
