Seeking an experienced paralegal to assist with obtaining an E2 visa for starting a business in the USA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in immigration law, specifically with E2 visas, and be able to provide expert guidance throughout the application process.
This is my first e2 submission. I'm currently located in Ontario, Canada/Canadian citizen and an experienced insurance agent. I'm looking to start an insurance agency in Kentucky, USA. I've registered the corporation in Kentucky and working on the website/business plan which I expect to be complete in the next 2 or 3 weeks. The startup is low on expenses so hoping to find someone who can assist me with a low-cost startup and I've also retained office space. I'm looking to have my submission prepped and submitted with 1 to 2 months. Hoping to have someone coach me along the process and provide input and assist with submissions/providing support letter etc.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
