Conduct first screening calls
Assess candidates based on:

Professionalism
Common sense and overall maturity
You do not need to be highly technical, but you must be able to identify strong vs weak candidates.
Deliverable:
A structured Excel summary per role including:
Candidate name
Contact details
Years of experience
Current salary (if available)
Expected salary
Notice period
Your short evaluation summary (strengths, weaknesses, overall recommendation)
Requirements:
Experience recruiting in the Egyptian market
Strong communication skills (Arabic & English)
Organized and responsive
Able to move fast
This will likely be ongoing work for the right person.
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
