Production Scheduler

Hartmann Canada Inc, in Brantford, Ontario is a division of Hartmann North America. We are the world leader of moulded fibre egg cartons. The demand for moulded fibre and environmentally sustainable products is rapidly increasing. Hartmann has committed and invested in this area to meet the growing demand of our products.

We are seeking a Production Scheduler & Shipment Planner to support daily production planning, outbound shipments, and inventory control in a fast‑paced, multi-site manufacturing environment. This role works closely with Production, Warehouse, Customer Service, Sales, and IT to ensure products are built, staged, and shipped efficiently and on time.

You will also have the opportunity to support major supply‑chain transformation initiatives, including palletized shipping and warehouse automation projects.

Your Role:

• Plan and manage production and shipment schedules
• Coordinate daily and weekly outbound shipments with internal teams and carriers
• Monitor finished‑goods inventory and help prevent obsolescence
• Maintain accurate planning and shipment data in ERP/WMS systems
• Support supply‑chain projects and process improvements
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and service levels

Key Skills & Experience:

• Experience in manufacturing environment with production scheduling, shipment planning, and inventory management responsibilities
• Post secondary education in Supply chain management, and / or related disciplines
• APICS CPIM / CSCP certification preferred
• Detail orientation
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to manage priorities and work cross‑functionally
• ERP or WMS experience (e.g., M3 or similar systems)
• Continuous improvement or Lean experience
