Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Specialist located in Toronto, ON. The Administrative Specialist will handle day-to-day administrative functions including organizing schedules, managing correspondence, and supporting team operations. The role involves maintaining accurate records, coordinating meetings, and ensuring the smooth execution of office tasks. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members will be essential for success in this role.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
Exceptional Analytical Skills to evaluate and improve operational processes and to resolve issues effectively.
Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and organizational tasks, including schedule management, documentation, and office support.
Knowledge or experience in Finance to manage budgets, expenses, and financial records accurately.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and related tools.
High school diploma or equivalent; a post-secondary degree or diploma is an asset.
Previous experience in an administrative or customer-facing role is preferred.
