Role Description
This is a part-time Host, or full-time Expeditor role located on-site at our Vancouver, BC location. Both roles take part in greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, facilitating communication between the kitchen and serving team, and ensuring dining room flow operates smoothly. The roles also involve coordinating food presentation for delivery to dining tables and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment for guests and colleagues.
Qualifications
Experience in Food & Beverage service and understanding of food presentation standards.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate in a team setting.
Previous experience in a Vietnamese restaurant industry is an asset but not mandatory.
