Über
Video Production: Create 8–12 video assets per month (driver testimonials,
explainer videos, carousel videos)
Graphic Design: Design 15–20 static ads, carousel ads, and infographics monthly
Copywriting: Develop 30–40 headline variations, body copy, and CTAs per month
Asset Management: Organize and track creative assets, performance metrics, and
optimization recommendations
Performance Analysis: Monitor ad performance, identify underperformers, and
recommend optimizations
Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and growth teams to align creative
with strategy
Required Skills:
3–5 years of creative experience (video production, graphic design, copywriting, or
digital marketing)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
Strong copywriting and digital advertising experience
Data-driven mindset with ability to optimize based on performance metrics
Portfolio demonstrating business impact (app downloads, conversions, etc.)
Specific Deliverables (12-Week Timeline):
Month 1: Creative planning and asset roadmap
Month 2: Intensive production (8–12 videos, 15–20 graphics, 30–40 copy variations)
