Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a PCBA Manufacturing Process Control Engineer, located in Montreal, Quebec. The role involves analyzing, optimizing, and maintaining the manufacturing processes for Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA). Responsibilities include implementing and managing process control systems, identifying and resolving process inefficiencies, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with various teams to enhance production quality. The individual will also be responsible for developing and improving process engineering strategies to ensure product reliability and adherence to quality standards.
Qualifications
Experience and expertise in Process Control and Advanced Process Control methodologies
Strong Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in PCBA manufacturing and related processes
Background in Process Engineering, with an ability to develop and implement efficient and scalable processes
Proficiency in Electrical Engineering concepts as they relate to electronic manufacturing and PCBA processes
Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
Familiarity with quality standards and regulations in electronics manufacturing is a plus; better with dual languag communication capability.
