When joining Splitsville as a Restaurant Manager, you'll receive a comprehensive induction to set you up for success, with full training across all areas of our busy centre—including the lanes, bar and diner, and the amusements area.
In this fast-paced and diverse environment, Restaurant Managers take the lead in delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining high standards of service and operational excellence. Drawing on your restaurant management experience, you'll play a hands-on role both front and back of house—ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, inspiring your team, and supporting the wider leadership team in hitting key business goals.
You will support the Centre Manager and team by helping drive performance across our four key areas: the lanes, the bar, the diner, and amusements—always with a sharp eye on guest satisfaction, team motivation, and commercial results.
With your passion for quality service and team development, you'll help create a welcoming, energetic environment where families make lasting memories, and team members are empowered to thrive and grow in their careers.
To Be Successful You Will Have
Proven experience in restaurant management, ideally in a high-volume or semi-fine dining environment
A strong passion for delivering exceptional guest service with attention to detail
Demonstrated success in achieving financial targets and driving revenue growth
A track record of leading, inspiring, and developing large, diverse teams
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak trading periods
A results-driven mindset with a clear ambition to grow and succeed
A friendly, energetic, and professional approach with a can-do attitude
A collaborative team player who thrives in a busy, hands-on environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both front and back of house
Skilled in organizing shifts, delegating tasks, and managing team performance
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, guest-focused settings where no two days are the same
