Job Title: Retail Store ManagerPosition Overview
The Retail Sales Manager at Mintink Sports Cards Inc. is responsible for leading day-to-day sales execution, team performance, and customer experience within an assigned retail location. This role sits between Store Leadership and Senior Retail Management and focuses on driving sales results, developing staff, and ensuring operational standards are consistently met.
This position is execution-focused and people-driven, requiring strong leadership, accountability, and a deep understanding of Mintink's products, customers, and retail standards.
Key Responsibilities
Retail Sales & Performance
· Drive in-store sales performance and support achievement of store-level targets
· Coach sales associates on upselling, cross-selling, and customer conversion
· Monitor daily and weekly sales results and take corrective action as required
Team Leadership & Development
· Supervise and support retail sales associates during daily operations
· Assist with scheduling, onboarding, training, and performance feedback
· Support hiring and training of new team members as needed
Customer Experience & Store Standards
· Ensure a consistently high-quality customer experience on the sales floor
· Handle escalated customer issues professionally and efficiently
· Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, and merchandising standards
Operations, Compliance & Cash Handling
· Ensure compliance with Mintink policies, SOPs, and loss prevention standards
· Oversee cash handling procedures including opening, mid-day, and closing balances
· Ensure staff compliance with security and access control requirements
Marketing & Social Support
· Support execution of in-store promotions, events, and campaigns
· Participate in approved social media content and story sales when assigned
· Ensure timely response to customer inquiries during assigned shifts
Job Qualifications
Education & Experience
· 3+ years of retail experience with supervisory or lead responsibilities
· Experience in specialty retail, collectibles, or hobby retail is an asset
Skills & Competencies

· Operational discipline and attention to detail
· Ability to work evenings, weekends, and events as required
