Role Description
This is an opportunity to join the team at Canada's fastest growing ETF provider in 2025, and learn the world of ETF operations in a dynamic team setting where everyone works together. The role provides a clear path to registration with our securities regulators as an Associate Portfolio Manager.
This is a full-time on-site role located in Toronto, ON.
The role will primarily involve:
Supporting fund and ETF operations
Daily review and reconciliation of custody accounts
Assisting with the review and reconciliation of daily NAVs
Liaising and managing relationships with third-party service providers
Actively work with the investment operations team and the executive team
Proactive problem-solving and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
Qualifications Requirements
CSC, CIM or CFA Level 1 with one to two years of investment operations and fund accounting experience.
Bilingual would be extremely beneficial.
General Requirements
Strong organization and analytical skills and attention to detail for tasks such as data analysis, trade reconciliation, and performance reporting
Effective communication skills to interact with clients and collaborate with internal teams
Proficiency with financial software and tools; advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (including the use of Macros) are a plus
Customer service skills for managing client inquiries and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction
Experience in ETF/Fund Operations and Investment Management is an asset
