We require a professional architect / hospitality designer to deliver:
• Complete architectural floor plans (2 floors)
• Commercial kitchen layout (efficient workflow)
• Fruit bar layout on ground floor
• Indoor dining layout on second floor
• Exterior façade design
• Outdoor front seating with rain protection system (aluminum folding roof or similar solution)
• High-quality 3D renderings (interior + exterior, day and night)
• Basic MEP coordination guidance suitable for restaurant use
Design Direction:
Modern tropical architecture.
White, beige, and natural wood tones.
Clean Mediterranean feel.
Strong glass façade with warm materials.
Optimized seating layout for revenue and circulation.
The design must consider:
• Heavy rainfall (Phuket climate)
• Ventilation and heat management
• Practical kitchen operations
• Cost-efficient construction
• Thai building code compliance (local architect will handle final stamping if needed)
Deliverables:
• DWG (AutoCAD) files
• PDF floor plans
• 3D renderings
• Source files
• Material suggestions
We prefer milestone-based structure.

• Estimated timeline
• Portfolio of restaurant / hospitality projects
This is a serious commercial project. If performance is strong, we will have additional projects.
Contract duration of 3 to 6 months.
