Über
This is an ongoing role for someone who values precision, consistency, and clean reporting.
You will not be optimizing ads or making strategic decisions — your role is strictly data reporting and accuracy.
Daily Responsibilities (Mon–Fri):
• Open my Google Sheet "Daily Reporting Data Tracker"
• Enter yesterday's metrics into the correct row
• Pull data from:
Meta Ads Manager (ad spend, impressions, clicks)
Funnel/CRM dashboard (opt-ins, sales, order bumps, booked calls)
Payment processor (revenue collected)
• Double-check all numbers before submitting
• Flag any unusual performance (example: sudden ROAS drop, high spend with no sales)
Accuracy is critical.
What I'm Looking For:
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working with marketing metrics
• Experience with Meta Ads or funnel reporting
• Confident using Google Sheets
• Clear written English
• Reliable daily follow-through
Nice to Have:
• Experience with GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, Kajabi, Stripe
• Experience maintaining KPI dashboards
• Understanding of ROAS, CPC, CTR, and conversion rates
Time Commitment:
• 20–40 minutes per weekday
• Ongoing role
• Hourly contract
• Weekly cap: 5 hours
Compensation:
$7–$10/hour depending on experience.
