We are looking for a highly skilled performance video editor who understands how to create content that converts — not just content that looks good.
This role is focused on scaling paid ads across Meta and TikTok. You should understand direct response principles, hook psychology, retention, and how to turn raw content into compelling creatives that drive results.

Clean but engaging edits

Clear messaging
Brand alignment (elegant, feminine, premium)
You must have experience editing eCommerce ad creatives and understand how performance marketing works.
We are looking for someone long-term who wants to grow with a brand that is scaling quickly.
