- Carry out system problem tracking and be able to use technical means and tools to locate complex problems
- Promote the upgrade of the overall framework of products or services and the iteration of technical versions, participate in the design and implementation of fault drills, and continuously optimize - the development and maintenance of online technical architecture and various technologies
-Write operation and maintenance technical documents, assist in improving operation and maintenance systems and
processes, and continuously optimize operation and maintenance practices.
