Job Description
As a Senior Customer Service Operations Executive / Operations Executive is to support customer related operations by coordinating internal teams, monitoring service performance, and ensuring consistent execution of customer engagement processes. This role goes beyond frontline support and focuses on operational efficiency, reporting, and process improvement
Key Responsibilities
Support customer related operational activities across multiple teams and brands
Monitor customer activity, engagement, and service related performance indicators
Coordinate with customer service, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution
Review customer issues, patterns, and feedback to identify operational improvement opportunities
Prepare regular operational and performance reports
Ensure service processes, workflows, and guidelines are followed consistently
Support implementation of new processes, campaigns, or system changes
Handle escalation cases and provide operational support when required
Assist with ad-hoc operational and analytical tasks as required
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Customer Service or a related field, with availability to start work full time
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
