I already have a fully built, professional website
NO website rebuild
NO redesign
NO theme change
NO new website
The website structure, design, hosting, and tracking are already in place and working well.
The previous developer is no longer available, and as the business is expanding, I now need additional service pages built within the existing setup.
If you propose rebuilding or redesigning the website, your application will be ignored.
Project Scope
1. Navigation Structure Update (Minor)
Currently, all services sit under one "Services" menu.
I want this cleanly separated into:
Residential Cleaning
Commercial Cleaning
Each section should contain only relevant services, with logical internal linking.
This is a small structural update, not a redesign.
2. Build 4 SEO-Focused Commercial Service Pages (Initial Scope)
For now, we will start with 4 commercial cleaning service pages, for example:
Office Cleaning
Medical Centre Cleaning
Childcare Cleaning
Strata / Building Cleaning
More pages will be added later if the work is strong.
These are service pages, not blog posts and not aggressive sales funnels.
Page Requirements (Must Follow)
Each page must:
Be built inside the existing WordPress theme
Follow proper SEO structure (H1–H3, internal linking, local intent)
Be written for real decision-makers (facility managers, owners, directors)
Be conversion-ready for future Google Ads (clear CTAs, trust elements)
Be clean, scannable, and mobile-friendly
Each page should include:
Clear SEO-friendly H1 (service + location intent)
Strong above-the-fold value proposition
Who the service is for
Scope of work / what's included
Simple process (inspection → quote → service)
Trust signals (reviews, insurance, experience, compliance)
Clear calls-to-action (form + phone)
No keyword stuffing
No fluff
No AI-dumped generic content
Who This Is For
You are a good fit if you:
Have proven experience building SEO service pages
Understand conversion fundamentals (trust, clarity, CTAs)
Have worked with local service businesses (cleaning, trades, facilities, etc.)
Are comfortable improving and expanding an existing WordPress site
Think long-term (pages should not need rebuilding later for ads)
This is foundation work, not a quick content job.
Who This Is NOT For
Blog-only SEO writers
Generic content generators
Designers with no SEO understanding
Agencies pushing full rebuilds or redesigns
Application Requirements (MANDATORY)
To apply, you must include:
Examples of past work
At least 2–3 links to service pages or landing pages you have built
Brief explanation of:
What you handled (SEO structure, content, conversion elements)
Your approach
How you balance SEO and conversion when building service pages
Your pricing in AUD
Fixed price or per-page pricing is fine
Be realistic – this is content + structure, not a full website build
Estimated timeline
Quality speed
Applications without examples will be ignored.
Budget
Open to reasonable proposals in AUD.
It is structured service-page expansion on an existing site.
Long-Term Opportunity
If this project goes well, there will be:
Additional service pages
Location-specific pages
Ongoing on-page optimisation
Technical clean-ups and improvements
I am looking for one reliable person to work with long-term as the business grows.

Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 40 hours per week.
