Über
We are looking for an experienced designer with strong sales enablement instincts to help us improve how we present proposals and sales materials to clients.
This work is about helping people say yes faster and with less friction, not just making documents look nice.
We are an established UK-based AV company working across events, venues, schools, churches, and hospitality, and we want our proposals and one-page documents to reflect the quality, confidence, and professionalism of our delivery.
This is initially project-based work, with the potential for ongoing collaboration if the fit is right.
Scope of Work
1. Event Proposal Quote Templates (HTML-based)
Our quoting software for events using HTML for quotes
These will include:
Event proposal quotes built in HTML
New Generic Event Proposal Quote
Clear structure, visual hierarchy, and easy readability
Designed to work well when sent digitally (email / link)
We will also want:
Venue-specific templates for venues we regularly work with
(same structure, but adapted messaging, imagery, and tone for each venue) Starting with one venue.
The goal is:
Clear value
Reduced back-and-forth
Increased conversion rate
2. Sales One-Pagers (Design + Layout)
We are also looking for professionally designed one-page documents for the following areas:
Events:
Award Ceremonies
Gala Dinners
Conferences
Installations:
Churches (sound, AV, lighting)
Schools (halls, performance spaces, PA systems)
LOLER & Electrical Inspection and Testing
These one-pagers will be used by:
Sales conversations
Follow-up emails
Outbound business development
They should:
Clearly articulate the problem we solve
Communicate confidence and trust
Be easy for a non-technical buyer to understand
Support a sales conversation, not replace it
What We Will Provide
Brand logo and brand colours
Existing proposal content and example quotes
Guidance on tone, audience, and intent
Venue details where applicable
Feedback and direction during the project
What We Expect From You
Strong design capability (layout, hierarchy, clarity)
Understanding of sales enablement and buyer psychology
Ability to design for conversion, not just aesthetics
Comfortable working with HTML-based templates
Clear communication and ability to iterate based on feedback
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
