We are looking for a reliable and professional Part-Time Customer Support Agent to handle client communication for our growing Digital Marketing Agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth client experience.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer queries via WhatsApp, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
Understand our digital marketing services (SEO, Social Media Management, Paid Ads, etc.) and explain them clearly to clients
Handle client concerns, complaints, and service-related questions
Coordinate with the internal team to follow up on client requests
Maintain records of conversations and customer feedback
Provide excellent customer service to build long-term client relationships
Available to work part-time on a flexible schedule
Contract duration of less than 1 month.
Mandatory skills: Customer Support, Online Chat Support, Answered Ticket
