I'm looking for someone who can create high-converting posts (carousels, reels, stories) and help grow & hype, and promote my Skool community Mindset Focused Circle.
This is NOT just a posting role.
I need someone who understands hooks, persuasion, engagement, and marketing psychology.
Responsibilities:
Create 10-14 posts per week (carousels + reels)
Write strong hooks + CTA captions
Design clean, premium visuals
Create story sequences that drive comments (e.g. "Comment CIRCLE")
Help build demand for the community
You should:
Understand Instagram growth
Be strong in copy + Canva
Think strategically, not just execute

Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
