Über
We are launching a pan-African editorial initiative led by African women leaders, with institutional and media visibility.
We are looking for a freelance designer to support us on two milestones:
- Design of a 10-page institutional brochure (French and English)
- Creation of branded templates (Canva, PowerPoint, Word)
This is a mission suited for a thoughtful and detail-oriented designer who enjoys working on meaningful, mission-driven projects.
Milestone A – Institutional Brochure
Design and production of one 10-page brochure in French and English.
We will provide:
- Finalized text content
- Brand guidelines
- Visual identity assets
- Images
Expected:
- Clean, elegant and structured layout
- Strong typography and hierarchy
- Print-ready and digital-ready PDF
- Editable source file
Milestone B - Production Templates
Creation of a small but coherent branded toolkit including:
Canva
- Partner / sponsor presentation template
- Media kit template
- Basic visual asset templates
PowerPoint
- Branded master presentation template
Word
- Official letter template
- Press release template
The objective is clarity, consistency and ease of use for a non-design team.
Profile
- Solid experience in editorial and institutional design
- Comfortable working bilingually (FR/EN)
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in InDesign (or equivalent), Canva, PowerPoint and Word branding
Deliverables
- Print-ready PDF
- Digital PDF
- Editable files
- Canva shareable templates
- PowerPoint master
- Word templates
Delivery within one week.
