We are building a fully automated Instagram content system for a German health insurance comparison platform ("Wechsel").
The goal is to create a complete AI-powered automation infrastructure using n8n that:
Generates daily Instagram posts and Reels
Uses AI image generation (currently Higgsfield)
Uses AI video generation (e.g., HeyGen for talking avatar Reels)
Automatically creates captions + hashtags
Publishes content automatically to Instagram
Logs everything in a structured database
Is modular, scalable and production-ready
This is NOT a simple posting automation.
We need a structured, professional automation architecture.
Objective
Build a fully automated social media system that:
Generates high-quality Instagram content daily
Matches our existing corporate design
Covers topics around:
Statutory health insurance in Germany
Benefits comparisons
Savings potential
Switching process
FAQs
Myth busting
Reform updates
Publishes automatically without manual intervention
System Architecture (What we expect)
The system should be modular and built in separate logical blocks:
1. Trigger Layer
Scheduled automation (daily or multiple times per day)
Adjustable cadence
2. AI Content Brain
LLM node for:
Topic selection
Hook generation
Image prompt creation (for Higgsfield)
Script generation (for Reel avatar)
Caption + Hashtag generation
Persona-controlled prompt logic
Structured JSON outputs (no random text)
3. Asset Generation Layer
Image generation via Higgsfield API
Video generation via HeyGen API (avatar style Reels)
Proper polling & status checking
Error handling and retry logic
4. Publishing Layer
Either:
Direct Instagram Content Publishing API (preferred long-term)
OR
Integration via a scheduling API tool (if more stable initially)
Must support:
Image posts
Reels
Optional future carousel support
5. Logging / Database Layer
We need:
A content queue database (Google Sheets / Airtable / Supabase)

Must strictly follow our corporate design
High-quality visuals (luxury / modern / trustworthy / premium)
Consistent brand identity
No generic AI-looking content

The automation must:
Run daily without manual input
Automatically create:
1 feed post
1 Reel (optional scalable frequency)
Ensure no duplicate topics
Avoid repetition
Store all outputs
Allow easy modification of prompts
Be modular (separate workflows in n8n)

We need the freelancer to:
Set up n8n (Cloud or self-hosted recommendation welcome)
Build the complete automation
Document the workflow
Provide handover instructions
Ensure token management and long-term stability
Important
This must NOT be a fragile workflow that breaks every 2 weeks.
