We are an e-commerce company looking for a data-driven Performance Designer to join our creative team. Your primary focus will be conceptualizing and executing high-converting visual assets for Facebook & Instagram Ads. The ideal candidate doesn't just make "pretty" images; they understand human psychology, thumb-stop rates, and how to use AI tools to speed up the creative production cycle.
What You'll Do
• Design for Conversion: Create high-impact static and motion assets for Facebook/Instagram (Feed, Stories, Reels).
• Iterate Based on Data: Take winning ads and create "design sprints" by testing different hooks, headlines, and color palettes to optimize ROAS.
• AI Integration: Use AI tools to create realistic lifestyle imagery, expand backgrounds, and enhance product photography.
• Platform Mastery: Ensure all designs follow best practices for aspect ratios, text-to-image balance, and mobile-first viewing.
Requirements
• Advanced Photoshop: High-level photo manipulation, retouching, and layout skills.
• Figma: Ability to use Figma for rapid prototyping of ad concepts and collaborative feedback.
• AI Fluency: Confident in using AI content generators to supplement production (please be prepared to explain your workflow).
• Portfolio: Must show specific examples of Direct Response (DR) ads. We want to see how you sell products, not just branding.
Bonus Points
• Experience with "UGC-style" editing (making professional content feel organic).
• Understanding of A/B testing frameworks.

Contract duration of 3 to 6 months.
