Über
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Representative to ensure service quality and maintain high client satisfaction. The ideal candidate has experience reviewing service interactions, identifying issues, and recommending improvements to optimize performance and client experience.
Responsibilities:
Review calls, service logs, and other operational outputs
Identify quality issues, discrepancies, and areas for improvement
Recommend actionable solutions to enhance service quality
Track and report QA findings to management
Collaborate with teams to implement best practices
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Experience in quality assurance or service evaluation
Attention to detail and ability to identify patterns/issues
Strong communication and documentation skills
Ability to work independently and provide actionable recommendations
Contract duration of 3 to 6 months.
Mandatory skills: Quality Control, Communications, Functional Testing, Customer Feedback Documentation
