Overview:
I'm looking for a part-time SDR to help me scale outbound outreach to a list of target Advisors and RIA (Registered Investment Advisors) firms.
You'll receive email templates, a target list, and brand context. We'll set up a brief weekly check-in to review pipeline, adjust priorities, and give feedback on what's working.
This is a role for someone who has the capability for high-volume outreach AND can still maintain quality.
Job Details:
1.) Work through a list of RIA targets I provide; research and prioritize contacts as needed
2.) Connect with relevant prospects on LinkedIn to warm up the relationship
3.) Flag warm responses and hand them off to me — I handle all the sales conversations
4.) Weekly check-in to review what's working, adjust priorities, and refine the list
5.) Send a brief weekly report: emails sent, responses received, pipeline status
What I'm Looking For:
1.) Proven experience with outbound email outreach and lead generation
2.) Strong, clean written English — this outreach represents my brand
3.) Organized and self-directed — you're managing a list and a cadence without me micromanaging
4.) Available during US business hours (EST) for same-day response and weekly check-ins
Bonus Points
1.) Experience in FinTech, WealthTech, or financial services outreach
Contract duration of 3 to 6 months. with 30 hours per week.
