Part-time Activity Leader, EF Toronto 

The role: EF International Language Campus Toronto is looking for a passionate, energetic, and student-focused part-time Activity Leader. The Activity Leader reports to the Activity Manager and works collaboratively to execute a variety of attractive social activities and programs to a broad range of international students. 

This is a part-time contracted position until October 1 2026, with possibility of extension.
Hours will vary based on seasonality 
Needs to be available to work during summer (June – September) 
Holidays during summer will be required. 

Some evenings and weekends will be required     
 

Duties and responsibilities: 
The Activity Leader's responsibilities include, but are not limited to

-Strive for being culture champion, focusing on student satisfaction above-all.

-Creates and encourages social, cultural, and sporting activities that cater to students' interests.

-Be self-motivated, someone who is ready and willing to create their own experiences for students.

-Supports in all daily events and engagements in the activities department including campus activities, excursions, large school gatherings, and providing service to students.

-Assists Activities Manager with monthly activity schedule

- Assists Activities Manager with ISX bookings and new partnerships

- Assists Activities Manager with campus cases

-Shares the management of campus social media accounts.

-Joins activities & excursions – including regular evening & weekend work.

-Promotes school events and excursions, free or paid, through varied advertising mediums.

-Provides welfare assistance to students where required, either at front desk or out in the field. 

-Uses local and cultural knowledge to provide opportunities and alternatives for students outside of school-planned events.

-Welcomes new students on a weekly basis through campus tours and icebreakers.

 What we're looking for: 

-Availability to work evenings, holidays and the occasional weekends.

-Cultural and language sensitivity.

-Enjoy working in busy and dynamic environment.

-Social stamina and enjoys being a leader 

-Creative and energetic with knowledge of Toronto.

-Ability to handle difficult situations with ease and remain calm under pressure.

-Excellent communication and people skills.

-Flexible and can-do attitude

-Computer and Social Media literate.

- Bilingualism is an asset
