Learn more atWe are searching for the best talent for a Labelling Specialist for a 15 Month Fixed Term Contract in Toronto, ON.
The contract term is from 15 months starting as soon as possible.
Full time requirement (37.5 hours per week).
Flexible working model (2 days remote / 3 days in office)
The Labelling Specialist is responsible for the management of artwork development and approval as well implementation of packaging labelling for Janssen products in Canada. This role works with Regulatory Affairs to develop labelling within Health Authority requirements. This individual will act as an internal expert on artwork and labelling requirements and works closely with global partners in the areas of global packaging and supply chain.
You will be responsible for:Coordinating packaging labelling activities for J&J Innovative Medicine products in Canada
Collaborating with Regulatory Affairs team members to meet Health Canada requirements and submission/approval timelines
Handling artwork in the designated electronic artwork management system
Actively participate in cross-functional project teams for product launches, process improvements and regulatory initiatives
Manage the distribution of approved labelling to internal and external partners
Lead compliance activities including updates to global tracking systems, change control, audits and inspections
Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering and Technical subjects.
Understanding of the Pharmaceutical or equivalent regulated industry, Quality Systems, labeling requirements and Change Control procedures.
Experience with Canadian regulatory requirements.
Experience with packaging labelling
Experience with business systems that support document management, event tracking, and change management systems.
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication, negotiation and partnering skills is required.
Experience successfully working with cross-functional teams.
Track record of managing projects through to successful completion.
