PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

• Développer et écrire du code de haute qualité conforme aux normes établies de qualité des logiciels.

• Tenir et gérer les bases sources existantes.

• Concevoir des interfaces utilisateurs et clients.

• Amorcer et gérer des plans techniques et des fonctions complexes d'applications.

• Créer des modèles de données flexibles et des points d'intégration uniformes.

• Ajuster les plans pour accroître la maintenabilité, l'extensibilité et l'efficacité.

• Diagnostiquer et résoudre les problèmes.

• Effectuer des tests unitaires et corriger les bogues.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and write high quality code that adheres to the documented software quality standards

• Maintain and manage existing source bases

• Develop user interfaces and client displays

• Initiate and handle technical designs and complex application features

• Build flexible data models and seamless integration points

• Tune design for maintainability, scalability and efficiency

• Resolve and troubleshoot problems and issues

• Perform unit tests and fix bugs

Job Qualifications:

CONNAISSANCES ET COMPÉTENCES

• Bonnes compétences de codage C# ou C++.

• Bonne connaissance des langages HTML, CSS et JavaScript.

• Connaissance pratique d'Angular, un atout.

• Connaissance pratique de la MFC et du format STL, un atout.

• Connaissance pratique du développement d'applications natives pour Android ou iOS, un atout.

• Passion pour la résolution de problèmes et le diagnostic de code.

• Grande capacité d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes.

• Motivation à mener les projets à bien.

• Beaucoup d'entregent, bonnes aptitudes de communication et bon sens de l'organisation.

• Capacité à travailler de façon autonome et en équipe.

• Étant donné que la grande majorité de nos clients, tant internes qu'externes, sont situés à l'extérieur du Québec et du Canada, des exigences linguistiques spécifiques peuvent s'appliquer. Une maîtrise professionnelle du français et de l'anglais est requise.

FORMATION ET EXPÉRIENCE PROFESSIONNELLE

• Au moins deux années d'expérience professionnelle en développement de logiciels.

• Expérience concrète en développement d'applications d'entreprise avec C#, ASP.NET, ou Angular.

• Expérience concrète avec des logiciels d'entreprise de grande envergure (idéalement SaaS).

• Expérience concrète avec SQL et les bases de données.

• Expérience concrète en création d'applications mobiles, un atout.

• Baccalauréat ès sciences ou expérience de travail équivalente dans le domaine.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

• Good C# or C++coding skills

• Good knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript

• Working knowledge of Angular considered an asset

• Working knowledge of MFC and STL considered an asset

• Working knowledge of Android and/or iOS native development considered an asset

• Passion for problem solving and troubleshooting code

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

• Self-motivated to drive issues to completion

• Good interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

• Works well independently as well as in a team setting

• Given the vast majority of our clients, both internal and external, are based outside of Quebec and Canada, specific language requirements may apply. Professional working proficiency in French and English languages are required.

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE

• 2+ years of professional software development experience

• Industry experience building enterprise applications with C#, ASP.NET, NodeJS and/or Angular

• Industry experience with large scale enterprise software products (preferably SaaS)

• Industry experience with SQL and databases

• Industry experience building smartphone applications considered an asset

• BS Degree or equivalent work/industry experience
