A Strategic Role at the Heart of Logistic

Responsibilities :


• Assist our Independent Delivery Contractors (IDCs) and operations team by phone and email to ensure technical issues related to our IDC portal and systems are resolved on time
• Liaise with the IT helpdesk, IDC Team and operations as required
• Manage IDC support mailbox, tickets and then all cases in our different systems
• Ensure correct processes and documentation are followed by the IDC
• Remedy situations during working hours or after, when necessary;
• Other IDC duties as assigned from time to time
Qualifications:


• High school diploma or GED minimum;
• Prior related support experience preferred;
• Skilled in use of personal computers and software applications (Technology-savvy)
• A positive, enthusiastic attitude, with strong people skills
• Proven customer service experience and passion for helping others
• Strong service-oriented mentality with the ability to actively listen and troubleshoot
• Ability to learn new systems quickly
• Excellent Interpersonal, organizational, problem solving and administrative skill
• Bilingual (French and English) - written/spoken
• Must be available 40 hours/week - Sunday through Thursday
