Allied is looking for a Leasing Manager to join our team in Toronto

Complete the full cycle process for all new leases and renewals.

Manage vacancies including, but not limited to: ensuring space is ready for showing, managing marketing materials for readiness and accuracy, leading showings and following up on inquiries and deals.

Provide support and act as back up to other members of the leasing team, as needed.

Manage and build relationships with external brokers.

Report on leasing activities, tenant updates and market conditions.

Assist in preparation of various reports.

Perform due diligence process for all deals (insurance, security deposits, financial credit checks, etc.).

Participate in annual budgeting process and complete leasing assumptions for your assigned territory/properties.

What are we looking for?

At least 5 years of commercial real estate leasing experience.

Strong communication and people skills, including a proven ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization.

Demonstrable knowledge of the commercial leasing process.

Proven experience in drafting and negotiating offers, LOIs etc.

Knowledge of the basics of contracts and leasing obligations.

Strong negotiation skills.

Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsiveness and an ability to anticipate client needs and commit to respond in agreed time-frames.

Demonstrates resilience, passion and commitment to deliver and be accountable for results.

An assertive self-starter with the ability to work independently.

Collaborative worker who will be an effective team member and leader.

A driven problem solver with good judgment and decision-making skills.
